We are hiring an Administrator in Training (AIT). Join our team and help us make a positive impact on the skilled nursing industry! The AIT Program is a full-time, multi-month program in which the AIT obtains practical on-the-job training in a nursing home environment under the direct supervision of an experienced Administrator preceptor/mentor.
