About The Position
The Orange County Department of Education is seeking an Administrator, Executive Leadership Coaching to lead a countywide executive coaching program that strengthens the strategic, instructional, and systems leadership of school district-level leaders. This role ensures high-quality, standards-aligned coaching and partners with districts to support leadership development at the executive level. Centered on equity, effective communication, and continuous improvement, the Administrator will help cultivate a cohesive and high-performing leadership culture across Orange County school districts.
Requirements
- Master's degree in education, education administration, behavior management, or a related field
- Minimum of Seven (7) or more years of successful site-level administrative experience in a public-school setting, demonstrating effective instructional and systems leadership.
