Job Summary: Daily interactions with employees and insurance vendors - field approximately 1,200 phone calls per month Process qualified Section 125 changes (marriage, birth, death) Process Medical Support Orders Process Life Claims Provide Medical Certifications to employees on FMLA – approve/deny FMLA leave requests Oversee service award program and billing - work with vendor to select and maintain award selections Report writing, word processing and keying in information into the HRIS (Oracle) system Interpret regulations, including FMLA and plan documents Regular attendance is required.
