The Administrative Underwriter Assistant supports a team of Underwriters in our Community Associations department which serves a variety of associations such as Condo, HOAs, and Co-Ops. One of your primary responsibilities will be to work in a customer service-like capacity as the first point of contact for phone calls and emails from hundreds of insurance brokers in our network. You will also support the needs of our team's Underwriters as it relates to their production and servicing of accounts. This includes gathering information from brokers, triaging email correspondence and many other administrative and commercial insurance-related tasks.
