Everyday as Administrative Support you will: Provide a variety of administrative support functions for the daily operation of the Devereux CARES school. Answer phones, respond to inquiries and forwards messages to the appropriate individuals in a timely fashion. Receive, print, and distribute written communications to the appropriate individuals in a timely fashion. Schedule meetings and serves as the liaison for all involved parties to include team meetings and progress reviews. Maintain office supplies; order, receive and distribute program purchases.
