About The Position

The Administrative Support person assists the Director of Children’s Ministry in creating a safe, organized and welcoming ministry where children feel loved, families feel supported, and volunteers are equipped to serve well. This role assists with weekly preparation, Sunday programming, volunteer coordination, and administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Ministry Preparation
  • Prepare weekly curriculum, crafts, copies, and classroom supplies
  • Organize lesson materials and maintain ministry inventory
  • Help keep children’s spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
  • Events & Special Programs
  • Support preparation for seasonal events and outreach programs
  • Help organize supplies, setup needs, and volunteer coordination
  • Assist with event-day logistics and cleanup
