About The Position

The Administrative Support Team Lead will provide Support to the Administrative Support Manager, Supervisor, and to the entire Home Service Team. This position will ensure the timely and accurate processing of all financial and support related tasks such as, but not limited to, account receivable, planned service, project coordination, inventory, payroll, and warranty. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and work within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to deal with confidential information appropriately
  • Ability to work independently on projects and as a member of a team
  • Ability to multi-task and organize and prioritize workload
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
  • A working familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel and Word, and the ability to be trained in use of the Company-specific applications and software
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to effectively manage staff with servant-leader approach
  • Ability to establish and achieve department goals that support company objectives
  • Good customer service skills and effective interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage change
  • Good attention to detail with emphasis on quality
  • Good planning and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
