About The Position

The Administrative Support Team Lead is responsible for overseeing day-to-day in-office operations and leading a small administrative support team. This role ensures the administrative function runs efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with organizational priorities. The Team Lead serves as both a people manager and a hands-on contributor, providing guidance, oversight, and support to the administrative staff.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience leading or coordinating an administrative or support team
  • 1+ years in mortgage default or equivalent
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office technology
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, in-office environment
  • Familiarity with office operations, facilities coordination, or executive support

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to a team of 2–5 administrative staff
  • Ensure smooth daily office operations, including front office coverage and administrative workflows
  • Assign, prioritize, and monitor administrative tasks to ensure timely and high-quality execution
  • Serve as a point of escalation for administrative issues and inquiries
  • Partner with leadership and internal teams to support business and operational needs
  • Maintain and improve administrative processes, procedures, and best practices
  • Support onboarding, training, and performance feedback for administrative team members
  • Ensure consistency in service delivery and professionalism across all administrative functions
  • Assist with scheduling, document management, meeting coordination, and other administrative duties as needed
  • May perform other duties as assigned to support department goals.
  • May occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs.
