We are seeking a highly organized, people-savvy, and dependable Administrative Support Team Member to join our team. This role is responsible for key people operations, including interviewing, onboarding, employee check-ins, and executive support. This is not just an administrative role. HR experience is required. We need someone who can read people well, conduct effective interviews, assess character and fit, and help us make wise hiring decisions. The right candidate will be professional, intuitive, detail-oriented, and confident in working with people at all levels of the organization. This person will play an important role in helping us hire the right people, support employees well, and keep leadership organized and effective. We are looking for someone who brings both HR competence and administrative strength to the team. Flexible work from home options available.
