We seek a customer-focused, high energy, self-starting individual to connect with customers and support our accounts receivable and equipment meter collection efforts, working within an Admin team of 6 locally. Purpose This position is responsible for collecting payments and meter reads from customers and contributing to the Admin. processes within the business Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Engage with customers via daily phone calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable payments Import of customer equipment meter readings and follow-up phone calls to resolve identified meter discrepancies Engage with local Sales Team to prepare Account Reviews Cross-train and support other staff members within a dynamic business environment Daily check deposit Scanning and filing of service contract documentation Other duties as assigned Job Related Dimensions Excellent communication skills –over the phone and written Strong attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills Ability to provide customer service for internal and external customers and must be able to work within a team atmosphere General knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook) Must have general computer skills, 10-key typing skills, E-Automate experience preferred. Qualifications HS Diploma or GED Physical Demands & Work Environment Ability to sit at desk for prolonged periods of time. Ability to talk on the phone and work with various computer tools and applications. Ability to type and compose written communication in various forms. Ability to lift 20+lbs on occasion.
