This position provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. Key responsibilities include delivering customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing complaints, and providing requested information. The specialist will also maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies, compile, prepare, and distribute statistical reports, and accurately process timesheets and payroll entries. Additional duties involve preparing meeting agendas, recording and distributing meeting minutes, and assisting with drug screen collections in accordance with established procedures and agency protocols. The role also performs other related duties as assigned.
