About The Position

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field; Bachelor's preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, ideally in a healthcare or social services setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for advocacy and support related to sexual assault and harassment issues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Sexual Assault and Harassment team, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and handle correspondence related to sensitive topics.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and training materials.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases pertaining to cases and resources.
  • Support outreach efforts by organizing events and community engagement activities.
  • Act as a point of contact for inquiries related to sexual assault and harassment resources.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
  • Uphold confidentiality and sensitivity while handling all communications and documentation.
