About The Position

Montage Marketing Group is seeking a SAHPR Program – Administrative Support Specialist to join our team and provide onsite administrative support to a federal government agency located in the Washington, DC area. The opportunity involves working with agency leadership to enhance communications with internal and external audiences and stakeholders (e.g., Congress, the news media, state and local governments, other Federal agencies, and research and education communities) in support of its mission and to further demonstrate the benefits of its efforts and value of its impact. Position Overview: The SAHPR Program - Administrative Support Specialist role provides critical assistance in developing, reviewing, and maintaining policies, procedures, and guidance related to sexual assault and harassment prevention and response. This position ensures that all program materials are clear, consistent, and accessible, while supporting the agency's commitment to fostering a safe and respectful workplace. The role requires strong technical writing, editing, and analytical skills to produce high-quality documents and communications that reflect the agency's stance on sexual violence issues. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

  • 8 years' experience in policy development, technical writing, and editing within a federal or organizational setting
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable guidance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with document management systems
  • Knowledge of sexual assault and harassment prevention principles and federal compliance requirements
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust suitability

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with federal agency policies and SAHPR program objectives
  • Experience drafting regulatory guidance and FAQs for diverse audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to style and compliance standards

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation, review, modification, and maintenance of SAHPR regulatory policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Assist in developing SAHPR-related policies, FAQs, and standard operating procedures to ensure clarity and ease of understanding for employees and stakeholders.
  • Write and edit high-quality products that explain and interpret the agency's position on sexual violence issues. Draft responses that are accurate, concise, and compliant with the agency style guide.
  • Conduct thorough reviews for grammar, style, consistency, and clarity, considering the intended audience, policy implications, and compliance with agency and leadership standards.
  • Prepare and edit materials for diverse audiences to explain complex SAHPR policies, programs, and functions.
  • Perform research and analysis to inform policy development or revisions. Technical writing assignments may require substantial analysis to present convincing evidence or accurate, critical information.
