About The Position

This role is hybrid after 60 days of in office training is complete. SUMMARY OF POSITION: The role requires an employee to be on the phone, contacting the IRS to collect federal & business debt information. You must have NO Debt with IRS or Open Issues in order to obtain a PTIN. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Contact IRS all day to obtain compliance checks for Federal & Business Translating information into system in a timely manner for next department to obtain Respond to any 2nd Request that come through other departments Save Transcripts that come in from IRS Multitask by putting lines on hold while on with IRS so you don’t have any downtime

Requirements

  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Organization and highly detail oriented
  • Stress tolerance
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Minimum education is High School Diploma
  • Proficiency with the MS Office Applications
  • Keyboard skills
  • Compliant with filing all tax returns with the IRS
  • NO Debt with IRS or Open Issues in order to obtain a PTIN #
