Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Complete administrative tasks accurately and in accordance with company policies.
  • Review client files and assist with documentation throughout the intake process.
  • Manage and process high-priority documents electronically, including reviewing, scanning, sorting, and attaching files.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent coverage and smooth workflow.
  • Make outbound calls to clients regarding appointments and intake-related updates.
