Assist with data cleanup which includes review of meeting patterns, management of class notes and reserve capacities, and review and cleanup of query results. Assist with customer service by answering phones and assisting with general inquiries from students and campus department staff. Assist with data entry for ad hoc events in 25Live in support of the Events team. Assist the Associate Registrar with system setting cleanup related to the merge of the Solano and SLO 25Live environments. Assist with business process guide and documentation clean up and help with maintenance of distribution lists for academic class scheduling. Education and Experience High school diploma or its equivalent. Three years of general office support experience. Education may be substituted for up to two years of the required experience on the basis of one year of college education for six months of experience.
