Administrative Supervisor - Nursing Administration - night shift 1 Job responsibilities include those listed in competencies document. 2. Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values. 3. Shall demonstrate leadership and commitment with respect to the quality management system by: (a) promoting the use of the process approach and risk-based thinking; (b) engaging, directing and supporting persons to contribute to the effectiveness of the quality management system requirements; (c) promoting improvement. 4. Ensure safe and adequate patient care during the assigned shift. 5. Serve as an administrative resource during the assigned shift. 6. Serve as a clinical resource. 7. Manage the administrative duties related to patient deaths. 8. Provide an environment that demonstrates caring, compassion and respect for all patients, families and visitors. 9. Responsible for record keeping. 10. Responsible for the storage and safety of medications. 11. Responsible for reporting all quality concerns to the Director or Administrator on call for immediate action. 12. Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of related work experience
  • Must possess a valid SC license- RN, BLS
