The Administrative/Staffing Coordinator is responsible for the operational execution of daily and long-range staffing plans to support safe, high-quality inpatient care delivery. This role ensures appropriate staffing coverage across hospital units based on patient census, acuity, skill mix, regulatory requirements, and budgetary guidelines. Working collaboratively with nursing leadership and off-shift supervisors, the Administrative/Staffing Coordinator proactively addresses staffing gaps, re-allocates resources in real time, and supports fiscal stewardship while maintaining patient safety as the highest priority.
