Job Summary: As an Administrative Specialist, you will provide administrative support services to an assigned department(s). You will oversee and coordinate office functions, schedule appointments, maintain files, and enter information into department databases. You will also coordinate billing and reporting and act as a liaison with external entities. In this role you will also perform receptionist duties, including front desk and phone system support.
