About The Position

Supports the DOE OST Human Reliability Program (HRP) by executing mission-critical duties aligned with occupational health, psychological evaluation, emergency response, and administrative operations to ensure personnel reliability, safety, and compliance with federal regulations. This job is CONTINGENT upon contract award, client approval, completion of a favorable background investigation, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust / High Risk clearance. Final compensation will be based on relevant factors, including work experience, skills, certifications, and internal equity. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years administrative experience for higher-level roles
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and office systems
  • Experience supporting scheduling, reporting, document control, and coordination
  • Ability to perform administrative functions in a federal or regulated environment
  • Eligibility for DOE access authorization (L clearance level)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting DOE, NNSA, or other federal programs
  • Familiarity with Human Reliability Program (HRP) requirements
  • Experience in safety-sensitive or high-reliability environments
  • Advanced certifications or specialized training relevant to the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform initial, annual, and special HRP evaluations or services appropriate to the role
  • Document findings and prepare reports in accordance with DOE requirements
  • Coordinate with SOMD, Program Manager, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ensure compliance with 10 CFR 712, OSHA standards, and Privacy Act requirements
  • Maintain readiness of equipment, records, and systems
  • Participate in training, drills, and emergency response activities
  • Identify and report conditions impacting safety, reliability, or mission readiness
  • Support quality assurance and continuous improvement activities
