This is an administrative support position for the Long Term Care Campuses. Employee works under the general supervision of the Human Resources Generalist in performing payroll-related, Workers' Compensation and business office functions of a confidential nature. Position also acts as a backup for some functions of the HR Generalist and switchboard/reception area, as necessary. Employee exercises independent judgment within established guidelines after gaining adequate experience working with personnel matters.
