About The Position

The position provides administration support to the Vice Chancellor of Communications and Marketing along with excellent customer service to all guests of the Office of the Chancellor, Chief of Staff, Sr, Vice Chancellor of Finance and Administration, Vice Chancellor for Communication and Marketing. Responsible for fielding incoming calls and referring them appropriately. Assists with daily office management duties. Supports University Events and Experiences staff during high-volume events.
