Join NFM as an Administrative Specialist – Loss Prevention. In this role, you’ll tackle a variety of administrative responsibilities, support both LP staff and cross‑department partners, and take the lead on resolving day‑to‑day challenges. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 1 year customer service experience preferred
  • 2 years of office / clerical experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in loss prevention or security related field
  • Knowledge of current state statutes and local ordinances regulating security in the private sector
  • Satisfactorily complete NFM Response to Resistance and First Responder training courses training course within ninety (90) days of employment
  • Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
  • PC experience with Microsoft Office proficiency is required
  • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check
  • Ability to obtain a non-commissioned security officer license within thirty (30) days of employment
  • Must possess or have the ability to obtain “Company Representative” licensing through the State Private Security governing body within ninety (90) days of employment
  • Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
  • PC experience with Microsoft Office proficiency is required
  • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track performance measures for department
  • Manage Support staff training and development programs by ensuring personnel have completed necessary training (service plus, safety training, etc)
  • Utilize NFM information systems to gather and prepare necessary data and reports for management
  • Assist in resolution of issues for department leadership, internal partners, and vendors
  • Collaborate Work with management to maintain departmental licensing, policies, procedures, training materials, communications, etc
