About The Position

We are seeking to hire an energetic candidate to fill a full-time position in our loss prevention department in the Duluth/Superior Area. This position is responsible for the apprehension of shoplifters, investigating internal losses, and enforcement of store safety policies.

Requirements

• This position requires good physical condition
• 1-3 years in retail theft or loss prevention investigating preferred
• Starting rate of pay $18-$20/hr. Salary commensurate with experience.
• Ability to write reports
• Ability to effectively present information in one on one or small group settings
