About The Position

In this role, you will... Provide administrative support to the PDS Business Team, including leadership and program staff. Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and official documents. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments while resolving conflicts. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, handling calls, inquiries, and front-office support. Coordinate meetings, take and distribute minutes, and assist with internal and external communications. Process purchase requests, track orders, and support budget and financial administrative tasks. Assist with functions such as job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding activities. Support special projects and operations, including advisory board coordination, impact fee processes, and emergency planning efforts.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education (GED)
  • 2 to 5 years of clerical and computer experience. Note: One year of college may substitute for 1 year of experience.
  • I-9 Acceptable Documents to show your identity and authorization to work.
  • U.S. Social Security Card (signed, physical card).

  • College coursework in Business from an accredited university.
  • Related professional certifications.
