About The Position

ATA Services, Inc., is looking for a Password Reset Administrator for the Department of Health Access. This is a friendly office environment with individuals committed to helping fellow Vermonters. Please apply, we can't wait to work with you! This role will be part of the Communications and Outreach team and supports the business through technical processing tasks. The work requires the individual to use multiple computer systems to confirm customer identity, enter data and make updates in order to grant system access. Tasks are performed to support both customers and contractors. The role requires high attention to detail and the ability to follow written instructions effectively. The individual must be adept at using computer systems to process a high volume of tickets quickly and accurately. They role is also required to email customers with their log-in information and know when to escalate to colleagues for additional support. Responsibilities

  • Process customer password reset requests via the Customer Record Management tool and email.
  • Resolving password-related issues promptly.
  • Execute password resets with accuracy and in adherence to security requirements.
  • Provide professional and compassionate customer service, communicating with external customers primarily by email.
  • Submit onboarding and offboarding tickets for Customer Support Center employees, including credentials for various programs.
  • Ensure timely integration of new Customer Support Center personnel into the IT system.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with IT support as needed.
