We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Administrative Services Manager II to support the Department of Transportation (DOT) by overseeing the department’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP). This role works closely with Transportation Engineers, Project Managers, Planners, the Finance Department, and DOT leadership. The ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position reports to the DOT Planning Engineering Division and focuses on managing all funding aspects of the DOT program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to developing the CIP budget, monitoring project funding, coordinating grants, tracking performance measures, researching contracts and intergovernmental agreements, resolving funding issues such as budget holds and payroll rejections, preparing reports on funding sources, developing departmental policies and objectives, and representing the department’s program initiatives. The position will also support department leadership by reviewing and analyzing high level financial forecasts.
