About The Position

BJC Health has an Administrative Project Specialist opportunity! This position provides administrative and operational support to the Director of Patient Experience across Barnes-Jewish Hospital (Main Campus and West County), and Siteman locations. The role focuses heavily on schedule coordination, award program management, and stakeholder support, serving as a key point of contact for patient experience initiatives. Monday-Friday, onsite position. Responsibilities

  • Plans, administers and facilitates meetings, correspondence of the PFCACs and other committees. Supports the committee with communication, meeting planning, note taking and action items. Coordinates speakers and communicates with the patients, families and community members on events and meetings to include PFCAC orientation.
  • Directly supports the PX team and departments. Monitors, coordinates and reports on operating expenses and budgets.
  • Manages meeting notes and action items.
  • Orders and manages PXL Supplies.
  • Helps provide support to PXL events to include PX and Customer Service week and the awards program.
