  • Three years of experience in administrative services; OR
  • Six years of full-time work experience in any field; OR
  • A bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage at least two core administrative functions such as purchasing, budgeting, records management, facility operations, inventory control, or personnel support.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with agency policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports to support administrative functions and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve processes within assigned program areas.
  • Collaborate with staff, supervisors, and other departments to support smooth program operations and resolve administrative issues.
  • Provide reliable administrative support by prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and ensuring consistency in day-to-day operations.
