Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office, online tools and ability to learn new systems
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, reliable, and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
  • Willingness to learn the basics of insurance and agency operations

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide a polished, friendly first point of contact
  • Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately across multiple office locations
  • Respond to general inquiries with professionalism and excellent customer service
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and electronic documents
  • Enter basic client activity and data into agency systems as directed
  • Scan, organize, and distribute documents including mail and faxes
  • Prepare mailing labels and assist with small clerical tasks throughout the day
  • Maintain office supplies, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring postage
  • Keep the office environment tidy, organized, and welcoming
  • Assist with miscellaneous office tasks and serve as the go-to person for routine needs
  • Help deposit payments and secure funds according to office procedures
  • Support team projects and administrative needs, as assigned
