About The Position

This temporary administrative assistant/payroll support role involves assisting with administrative and transactional payroll tasks, enabling a focus on compliance, reporting, and system project work.

Requirements

  • Experience in administrative support, particularly in data entry, documentation, and payroll.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with expense and mileage reimbursements is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct payroll data entry and manage employee updates.
  • Handle direct deposit changes and tax withholding updates.
  • Set up and maintain garnishments and 401(k) contribution changes.
  • Process mileage reimbursements, expense reimbursements, and tool allowance entries.
  • Assist with ACA 1095-C data validation.
  • Support miscellaneous payroll audits and reconciliations.
  • Help create and organize payroll SOP documentation, including Year-End, Quarter-End, Benefits OE, and ACA 1095-C procedures.
  • Provide general payroll administrative support.
