About The Position

The Administrative Operations Representative plays a critical role in supporting processing functions across multiple commercial lines workflows, with primary responsibility for endorsement processing, renewal review, audit support, and cross‑team operational assistance. This position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office, excellent customer service abilities, and the capacity to collaborate with internal teams and external insureds. This role supports both front‑end and back-end processing and will expand into additional market workflows as proficiency grows. To support this, employees in this role are expected to be on-site four days a week, with the flexibility to work one day remotely. Core in‑office days are Tuesday–Thursday, with the fourth day determined by business needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Possesses organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • High attention to detail related to communications, scheduling, and recordkeeping.
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of business systems and applications and utilizes relevant equipment to perform job functions effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with reviewing and updating policy and account information for accuracy
  • Enter and maintain data in internal systems to support policy servicing and updates
  • Support processing of routine policy changes and administrative tasks
  • Assist with renewal preparation by reviewing returned items and flagging needed updates
  • Help maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with internal guidelines
  • Identify discrepancies and escalate items as needed for review
  • Provide general support to service teams to ensure timely handling of client requests
  • Assist clients with basic questions, self‑service tools, and portal access
  • Deliver professional customer service through phone and email communications
  • Participate in training and cross‑training to build knowledge and support team coverage
  • Provide backup assistance to support team workload, PTO coverage, and daily operations
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
