The Administrative Operations Representative plays a critical role in supporting processing functions across multiple commercial lines workflows, with primary responsibility for endorsement processing, renewal review, audit support, and cross‑team operational assistance. This position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office, excellent customer service abilities, and the capacity to collaborate with internal teams and external insureds. This role supports both front‑end and back-end processing and will expand into additional market workflows as proficiency grows. TCP's culture is built on connection, shared learning, and strong relationships. To support this, employees in this role are expected to be on-site four days a week, with the flexibility to work one day remotely. Core in‑office days are Tuesday–Thursday, with the fourth day determined by business needs.
