About The Position

The Patient Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for patient relations in a fast-paced outpatient setting. This role supports smooth clinic operations by providing excellent customer service, ensuring accurate patient registration, and facilitating communication between patients, providers, and care teams across multiple clinic locations in Los Angeles and Playa Vista.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year recent experience in an outpatient clinic or medical office setting with hands-on experience in medical insurance, referrals, and benefit plans.
  • Must be able to read, understand, and respond to detailed oral and written instructions.

Nice To Haves

  • two (2) or more years of experience as a Patient Service Representative
  • familiarity with CS-Link/Epic
  • working knowledge of medical terminology
