What You’ll Be Part Of Supporting patients as they enter therapy, psychiatry, or TMS treatment Coordinating insurance verification and prior authorizations with care and accuracy Helping maintain smooth scheduling and provider workflows Supporting billing and revenue processes through SimplePractice Contributing to organized systems that allow clinicians to focus on care Participating in improving processes as the practice grows Who Thrives Here Someone organized, thoughtful, and reliable Comfortable working within healthcare systems Detail-oriented but people-centered Interested in learning operations and growing professionally Calm under pressure and steady in execution Experience in healthcare administration or behavioral health is strongly preferred.
