Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative or office operations experience
  • Exceptional organization and time management
  • Independent decision-making ability
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

  • You must be detail-driven, responsive, and confident managing multiple priorities at once.

  • Healthcare or home care experience (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

  • Direct and adjust caregiver schedules in real time
  • Manage hiring documentation and onboarding workflows
  • Maintain compliant, audit-ready client records
  • Support payroll, billing, and daily office logistics
  • Serve as the central communication hub for staff and families
  • Anticipate problems before they become disruptions
