About The Position

Work Schedule: 100% FTE, day shift working Monday – Friday working 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI. Be part of something remarkable Bring your excellent organizational skills to UW Health. We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to: Coordinate and schedule a high number of meetings. Submit purchase requisitions for ordering department supplies and equipment. Assist with ID badge production, invoicing, and resolving access control requests. Lead the return of patient valuables that need to be mailed, including the scanning of records into the medical record. Assist with enrolling staff in required trainings. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • 1 year experience in an administrative support role Required

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field Preferred
  • 3 years experience in an administrative support function Preferred
  • Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
