About The Position

The Administrative Office Temp Pool provides temporary administrative, secretarial, and office support across various departments. Individuals in this pool may be assigned to short-term or long-term placements based on organizational needs. The length of an assignment is usually determined at the time a request is made by the department, but it can extend beyond or end prior to the original request. Key Responsibilities: Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping. Utilize office technology and software to manage files, compile reports, and process information. Organize and maintain physical and digital records for easy retrieval. Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff, providing information and directing inquiries appropriately. Handle incoming and outgoing mail distribution. Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and office communications. Operate office equipment, including phones, printers, copiers, and scanners. Provide customer service and engage in public-facing interactions to share or clarify information about department activities. Candidates in the temp pool may be contacted for interviews if their skills match an opening. Participation in the pool does not guarantee placement.

Requirements
