Requirements
- Previous data entry, administrative, or office support experience preferred (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with Excel and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities
- Perform data entry by processing claim forms and updating Excel spreadsheets
- Verify claim numbers and complete repair documentation
- Track and log titles and vehicle documents (COVs)
- Scan and send tickets and tolls to clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and approvals
- Ship documents to title companies via FedEx
