DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Greet Incoming clients, customers, guests, and other individuals Post daily to social media, announcements, flyers, videos on social media platforms (Tik Tok, Face book, etc.) Manage CRM- Create documents, maintaining databases, sending memos, responding to messages post and emails Visit business website daily, check for needed updates Make logistical arrangements for meetings, conferences, vendor fairs, and media presentations Help maintain documentations, reports, and confidential records Lead seminars and make other oral presentations as needed Select and send out correspondences to designated potential customers, individuals, businesses Board meeting agendas sent as needed
