The right individual is looking for a career opportunity and wishes to learn an industry in an in-depth manner. This is more than a data entry position, it requires someone with solid analytical skills, exceptional customer service, problem solving as well as pay attention to detail. The office staff works in partnership with the plant to ensure that shipments get out on time and accurately. The phones ring a lot, and we strive to provide exceptional responsive service to our customers.

Requirements

  • Excel experience is a must
  • Data Entry with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Compose notices and internal correspondence
  • Compile reports and maintain internal database
  • Supports various departments and sales team
  • Issue customer billing, credits,
  • Prepares reports before RTI (ready to invoice)
  • Must have the ability to multitask
