About The Position

Medical Director - Up to 16 hours per week, Administrative duties only (50% remote, 50% on site. Tuesdays and Wednesdays preferred, can be flexible) Compensation Employee Rate: $290,305k - $322,561k annually (Includes malpractice insurance) Contractor-1099: $250 - $273 per hour (must have or provide your own malpractice insurance) What You Will Do to Change Lives As a medical director you will work collaboratively with the team to deliver on the following areas; Leadership & Strategy: Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure alignment with the organization’s mission, goals, and objectives. Medical Oversight: Supervise and support clinical teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care. Operational Management: Collaborate with leaders to improve operational efficiency and implement new policies. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, and spearhead quality improvement initiatives. Provider Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to promote collaboration and engagement. Performance Metrics: Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve organizational goals and optimize outcomes. Requirements

A minimum of 2 years medical leadership experience
A minimum of 2 years clinical experience in the treatment of adults with serious mental illness, including those with comorbid medical and/or substance use disorders
A medical degree from a medical school accredited by the American Medical Association or the American Osteopathic Association and successful completion of residency training program in psychiatry
An active California Medical License, in good standing
An active California DEA license
