Summary: The Administration Manager is responsible for coordinating PBS’s administration system and general workflows. This position requires the knowledge of ERP systems and practices within the construction industry. Responsible for the proper training and mentoring of the admin and estimating staff while facilitating communication throughout the company. Ultimately developing procedures to make the workplace more efficient. A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company and the capability of working in a team environment are necessary for this position.
