The Administrative Manager, Recruiting and Volunteer Services is a full-time (40 hours/week) role earning $25.00/hour What you will do: Adhere to the St. Louis Arc’s Core Values of Respect, Collaboration and Empowerment Review Direct Support Professional applications to identify candidates that meet minimum qualifications Complete initial prescreening to assess basic qualifications, interest, and availability Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Attend interviews with hiring managers to provide coordination support and ensure a consistent candidate experience Keep accurate and up to date information on vacancies, applicant status, prescreens, interviews, and offers Serve as the primary point of contact for Direct Support Professional candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication regarding status, next steps, and scheduling to support a positive candidate experience Work with hiring managers to ensure timely communication with incoming new employees to ensure they are welcomed and are fully informed of the orientation and training process, including schedules and locations Coordinate and lead Residential Services Orientation for new employees Complete follow-up check-ins with Direct Support Professionals after they have been in their roles for two weeks and again at two months as part of the Retention on a Mission program Provide administrative support to the Volunteer Services Manager, including managing correspondence, maintaining records, and updating databases Attend and provide hands-on support for volunteer fairs and St. Louis Arc events, assisting the Volunteer Services Manager with coordination, oversight, and volunteer engagement to create a smooth, welcoming experience Demonstrate and support all St. Louis Arc Diversity and Inclusion practices/initiatives What you can expect from us: We'll celebrate and empower your unique gifts and contributions.
