Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years related experience
  • Ability to move 25 – 30 pounds
  • Computer literate – Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Leads a team and/or function to ensure efficient operations, including training and guiding the work of others
  • Responds to customer inquiries regarding products and/or services
  • Serves as a point of contact between different departments, providing information and addressing inquiries
  • Prepares and maintains various documents including reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
  • Handles accounts receivable/accounts payable
  • Manages inventory of office supplies and ensures necessary supplies are readily available
  • Performs general office duties such as filing, scheduling, handling correspondence, and managing phone calls
