WHAT YOU WILL DO : The primary purpose of this position is to conduct timely, fair, and impartial contested case hearings, primarily in the Driver and Motor Vehicle Services (DMV) subject matter area. This position works under minimal supervision with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment. This position presides over hearings, ensuring that a complete record is developed, and writes orders accurately, deciding all factual and legal issues.
