The Administrative Healthcare Leader (Coach) role is for a caring and compassionate leader focused on enhancing the quality of life and holistic growth of older persons. This position serves as the primary mentor to all staff, guiding them to grow, learn, understand, and achieve their roles within the Small House Neighborhood (Nursing Home model). The role is viewed as a coaching relationship, designed to help individuals and groups reach their highest level of competency and potential in serving residents.
