About The Position

Under the direction of the Tribe513 and The Onyx Group Executive Leadership teams and the MUSC Health Fellowship Program Director, the Fellow will initiate, and complete assigned projects aimed at adding value to the company/practice while offering valuable experience to the Fellow. Serves as Administrative liaison for Tribe513 and Onyx departments by assisting in coordinating and directing activities/projects. Makes reports/recommendations to Tribe513 and Onyx Executive team.

Requirements

Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills; ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with all levels within the practice/company.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Relevant Master’s Degree or enrollment in a Hospital Administration Master's program with no more than two semester's course work remaining required.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, coordination, evaluation and implementation of specific projects as assigned and prepares monthly status reports/logs of all active projects.
Directs, organizes, designs, reviews and or conducts assigned project studies to produce desired results as outlined in project scope.
Collects and prepares data/information for special projects as assigned by appropriate Directors or Administrators.
Acts as a liaison between Tribe513 and Onyx Executive Team and other groups within the practice/company.
Serves on various teams and committees as assigned.
Represents Executive Teams in key meetings as delegated/requested.
Participate in team and administrative fellow development requirements as established by the Executive Team and the program director.
Maintains professional growth and development through seminars, workshops and professional affiliations to keep abreast of the latest trends.
Takes intentional steps to listen, learn and eventually contribute to high-level discussions and strategic decisions regarding the day-to-day direction of Tribe513 and The Onyx Group.
Contributes to the overall culture and work environment of Tribe513 and The Onyx Group by learning and acting in accordance with the key tenants of Conscious Culture, chief among them loving and serving others with grace and humility.
Serves as an extension of the Executive Leadership team of both Tribe513 and The Onyx Group, and role models the behaviors, attitude, and work ethic that reflects positively on company/practice and Leadership Team.
