Under the supervisor of the Fellowship Program Direction and faculty, graduate medical education prepares the training physician for independent practice in a particular medical specialty after the completion of Medical school. House staff focus on developing clinical skills and knowledge while treating a wide range of medical conditions for patient care. Requirements

  • Doctorate Degree MD or DO Required
  • General Experience and successful completion of an ACGME accredited residency program.
  • PA Medical Physician License Required or PA Osteopathic Physician Required

Responsibilities

  • House staff focus on developing clinical skills and knowledge while treating a wide range of medical conditions for patient care.
  • House staff are expected to follow the curriculum of the program, adhere to all regulatory requirements, the policies of the GME Department and the Hospital (TUHS) and the Medical Staff Bylaws.
