The Connecticut Orthopaedics (CO) 1 year Administrative Fellow – Healthcare Management provides an exceptional opportunity for professional development in healthcare management and operations. The Administrative Fellow will lead, or contribute to, high-profile projects and organizational initiatives across the company, through partnering with CO senior leadership. The Fellow will gain hands-on experience in projects that include quality, operations, performance excellence, planning, business development, marketing, finance, and HR. The Fellow will receive coaching and mentoring from senior leaders while making meaningful contributions to CO’s key objectives. Upon completion of the 1-year fellowship, the Fellow will have experience in developing and applying innovative approaches to providing high quality, patient centered care within an integrated, team-based system. The intent of the program is to transition the Administrative Fellow into a regular position within CO.
