Established in 1980, the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center, Inc. (GLFHC) is a multi-site, mission-driven, non-profit organization employing over 700 staff whose primary focus is providing the highest quality patient care to a culturally diverse population throughout the Merrimack Valley. Nationally recognized as a leader in community medicine (family practice, pediatrics, internal medicine, and geriatrics), GLFHC has clinical sites in Lawrence, Methuen, and Haverhill and is the sponsoring organization for the Lawrence Family Medicine Residency program. The Administrative Director of Value-Based Care Strategy (Director), leads operational and strategic initiatives across the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center’s value-based care portfolio. This includes driving performance, leading program teams and ensuring alignment between clinical excellence, quality outcomes, and payer expectations. Within the context of a value-based care model and a focus on population health strategy, this role requires a blend of project leadership and tactical execution on all programmatic initiatives. In collaboration with senior leadership, the Director will ensure strategic alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance. The Director is a seasoned, self-directed leader with the ability to manage in a matrix model and effectively work across departments and in collaboration with functional leaders to drive initiatives and sustain results. This position is anchored at the juncture of population health strategy, payer performance, clinical transformation, and data-driven execution. Supports the Senior Vice President of Clinical Services (SVP) and the Associate Vice President of Quality and Clinical Integration (AVP) in driving new program initiatives as informed by risk stratification, risk coding opportunities, regulatory requirements, payer contracts, and data analysis.
